Attorney Maura Curran
After graduating from law school in 2000, Maura worked as a judicial law clerk for the Probate Court in Cleveland, Ohio. While there, she obtained great insight on how NOT planning for death can destroy a family. Too many times people fail to either have a will in place or did not update their will, causing problems and fighting in the family, some lasting years which caused unnecessary stress and anger – creating long lasting effects within the family dynamic and relationships.
In 2003 she moved to Jupiter, Florida. Maura is experienced in estate planning, representing personal representatives, guardians, and interested persons in various probate matters, as well as administration of estate and guardianship matters.
Maura focuses on helping families through a complicated and often the confusing process of planning for family protection and preservation of assets. She becomes the families ongoing trusted advisor and lifelong resource.
In addition, she provides additional benefits to her clients with minor children with her Family Emergency Plan by helping parents plan for the care of their children if they cannot be there.
She also understands that everyone needs and deserves the same access to experienced counsel to plan and protect their family and property and applies the same strategies for all regardless of economic status.
As a policy, your estate planning attorney fees are billed at an agreed to flat fee and not on an hourly fee. I only charges flat fees for estate planning work and those fees are agreed to in advance so there are never any surprises or fear about what my fees will cost.
