Attorney Maura Curran

Maura’s been practicing law for over 20 years and throughout that time she has been exposed to multiple situations requiring different planning whether it be for a single parent with young children, a recently widowed person, empty nesters, families who do not get along, and more.

While being a law clerk she was exposed to a variety of issues, typically those that fail.  Too many times people fail to either have a will in place or did not update their will, causing problems and fighting, some lasting years causing stress and anger and creating long lasting effects within the family dynamic and relationships.

Living and working in Jupiter for over 20 years, Maura has worked with many individuals and family to set forth their goals regarding their estate after they die.  In addition to estate planning, she has worked with a multitude of clients with estate administration and trust administration.

Maura is a client’s ongoing trusted advisor and lifelong resource.
